Common questions
Is it right for my business?
If you run a café, restaurant, bakery or food truck, or an online store selling ready-made products (clothing, perfume, accessories…), Miza is built for you. You pick your business type at sign-up and only see its tools.
Does Miza build my store website?
No. Your store stays on Shopify or WooCommerce as it is, and Miza connects it to stock, orders, shipments and profit. If you also have a shop or kiosk, it sells with the Miza POS from the same stock.
Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on an iPad, phone or laptop. Pair your cashier device once, and staff sign in with a PIN. A printer and barcode scanner are optional.
My business is VAT-registered.
Add your TRN, prices become VAT-inclusive at 5%, and receipts print as simplified tax invoices. If you're not registered, no VAT is added.
I have more than one branch or shop.
Each has its own stock and cashier, all under one account and compared in reports, with a small add-on per branch. Warehouses and pop-ups aren't counted.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Only you and your team see your data, and each person sees only what you allow. Everything is encrypted, and no invoice or amount is ever deleted.
What happens after the trial?
Pick the billing period that suits you and carry on with the same data. If a payment is late, the account turns read-only and nothing is deleted.
